You need to have a headphone for the Internet Eikaiwa lessons in order to hear your tutor. We also recommend that you get a web camera so that we can see each other.

Anytime you want. Just email your tutor or fill in the application form to arrange for a mutually convenient time and off you go! Your first lesson is free so you can see for yourself how it works and whether you like or not.

When you decide to join, email us and we will ask you to register for a PayPal account. You send money using PayPal. You dont' have to pay for any handling fees and it is safe. Once we confirm that we have received your payment, then you can start your lessons.

Monthly schedule is to be pre-arranged with your tutor, who will try her best to accommodate you.

If you email your tutor at least 3 hours before the lesson starts, then you can arrange to have a make-up lesson.

As many as you want! Most of the students take one or two lessons (60 minutes/lesson) per week.

It is highly recommended that you read over the materials first before coming to lesson, so that you are better prepared. However, if you donyr have time, it is okay to come to lesson unprepared.

Assignments are available for those to want to spend more time on their own to study English, but they are optional.

During each lesson, your tutor will give you detailed feedback on your pronunciation, intonation, grammar, word choice, etc. Our tutor is also available for questions via email or real-time chat. Whenever you have a question, just contact our tutor and she will give you a response within 24 hours.
